Increase transparency and improve performance monitoring and accountability of teachers, schools and post-secondary institutions by disseminating the result of students' achievements to the public and education authorities at all levels, and through a clear definition of the roles and responsibility of education inspection and other departments at central, provincial and district inspectors. The role of commune councils in school performance monitoring and oversight should be promoted. |
