The long-term vision of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) is to “establish and develop human resources of the very highest quality and ethics in order to develop a knowledge-based society within Cambodia”. In alignment with its Education Strategic Plan 2009-2013, MoEYS is introducing various initiatives to make better use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in order to achieve this vision, to improve the effectiveness of education at all levels, and to produce a workforce for the country both technologically productive and able to think critically.
